An avid motorcycle enthusiast and traveler, Mike is a 1994 Graduate of Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Marketing and a concentration in Economics. As the the first “full time” employee ever hired by Downs and Associates, he has been a designer, senior designer and currently is employed as the Art Director. Mike has done some voice work, and even appeared in some of the commercials that have been produced by Downs and Associates in the past. If you look close you will even catch a glimpse of him in the national, Campbell’s soup commercial featuring the famed “Steel Curtain”. Currently, Mike and his wife Jen reside in Greensburg along with their dog, Shane.

Fun Fact: When I was 10, “Ripley’s Believe It or Not” told me I would die of a heart attack because I have dimples on my ears. It still haunts me.
My wife Cahla, our two little girls, and I live in a town called “Hunker” (population 329), I’m a graduate of La Roche College with a BA in Graphic Design. I love working for the family and enjoy long weekend camping trips. I’m also a sucker for bad pop country music and Jeep Wranglers with big tires.

Fun Fact: As a child, Rosslyn was an aspiring puppeteer. 50 different puppets and a full puppet stage (complete with large red curtains) still reside in her parents attic.
Rosslyn graduated with a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from Seton Hill University in 2007. She married her high school sweetheart and currently resides in Latrobe with her husband, Dave, fellow Downs employee (Zero) and her fat fluff of a cat whose name changes regularly.

Carole has worked in the business for over 20 years. She is the mother of 3 children, Brent, Todd, and Ashley. She has past experience as a legal secretary, assistant Personnel Director at Josten’s Yearbook Co. and worked for UPS, but nothing compares to the job she has now! I wonder why?
Zero (The Hero)

Zero was rescued in October 2009 from Action for Animals Shelter, who rescued him from a high kill shelter, who had rescued him from abuse. He has come a long way to finally end up the white collar dog that he is here today at Downs Creative.![]()
