Who doesn’t love a startup, but don’t make the mistake of considering Vista Homes the underdog. This South Carolina builder has some serious national builder pedigree. Which meant high standards when it came to a corporate identity and all of the peripherals that go along with it. The flagship community of Drakes Fields will be the belle of the ball and she will be dressed in the finest design that Downs Creative can imagine. Looks for billboards popping up around Anderson SC in April 2010.
